ISL Product International provides a wide range of Custom Magnetic Transducers. These custom magnetic tranducers can vary by dimension, housing materials, shape, coil resistance, rated power, resonance frequency and sound level.
There are two basic components in a custom magnetic transducer. One is the magnet, which can be either a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. The electric coil is driven with an AC current at an ultrasonic frequency, typically in the range from 20kHz to 10 MHz.
In custom magnetic transducers, there are a several different choices in materials and design, including the following:
- Housing Material. Materials are often plastic and choices include PPSA, PPSB, NORYL, PPT, and LCP.
- Lead Pin Material. Choices include brass and copper.
- Coil Resistance
The result of design provides a wide range in performance parameters. These performance parameters include:
- Rated Voltage
- Operating Voltage
- Rated Current
- Minimum Sound at 10 cm
- Resonant Frequency
Or maybe you can use one of our standard magnetic transducers.
